1.  O most Blessed Virgin Mary, conceived without sin, pray for those of us who are lost, confused, hurting or in doubt.  Teach us to follow Your Son as you do.

Illumine my mind with understanding, and my soul with certain faith.  Lead me in truth to you r Son, so that I may be healed in mind, body or spirit, according to His will.

Grant me the grace to receive all the blessings that Christ has for me, and, in turn, help me to be His witness in the world, helping others come to know and love both you and Him.

Thank you, most beautiful Mother, for the many gifts of grace you have bestowed on me, and help me ever to entrust myself into your Immaculate Hands, that you may present me, on the day of my death, as your own dear child, to Our Lord, Jesus Christ.  Amen.

2.  O ever Immaculate Virgin, Mother of mercy, health of the sick, refuge of sinners, comforter of the afflicted, you know my wants, my troubles, my sufferings; look with mercy on me.

By appearing in the Grotto of Lourdes, you were pleased to make it a privileged sanctuary, whence you dispense your favors; and already many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal.

I come, therefore, with complete confidence to implore your maternal intercession.  Obtain, O loving Mother, the grant of my requests.

Through gratitude for your favors, I will endeavor to imitate your virtues, that I may one day share your glory.  Amen.

3.  Blessed, most pure Virgin, you chose to manifest yourself shining with life, sweetness and beauty, in the Grotto of Lourdes.  Obtain for me, O loving Mother, this special request (mention your need).  Our Lady of Lourdes, Mother of Christ, pray for me.  Obtain from  your Divine son my special request if it be God's will.  Amen.
